How do I run and review a conflict search?
Enter names and context, review why each match appeared, then clear, escalate, or document the results.
Start a conflict search from the Conflicts area or from a submission that collected conflict-enabled terms. Add the client, matter, party, DBA, opposing party, insurer, witness, or other names that need review. CMIForge skips tiny terms after normalization and stops long-running searches so a test cannot tie up the system forever.
On the results page, review exact matches, fuzzy matches, roles, related parties, prior history, and provider-screening evidence. Use row notes, clearance states, escalation, and the final review so the decision is documented instead of living in someone's inbox.
