How do I create an engagement letter template?
Build reusable letter text in Design Studio, add tokens, configure letterhead, and choose it from an Engagement Letter workflow step.
Open Design Studio and create an engagement letter template. Write the template body as free text, add supported variables for submission, client, matter, party, workflow, and firm details, then configure the letterhead and output options.
In the workflow, add an Engagement Letter step and select the template by name. Workflow routing can send different work types to different templates without embedding the template inside the workflow itself.
